Where are you guys located?
We are located in Cape Cod, Boston.

Where do you guys drive from?
We drive from Hyannis cape.

Where do you clean the vehicles?
We drive to you, it can be your work or your home, it does not matter.

Do I need to be there?
Not necessarily, as long as we have access to the vehicle that needs to be cleaned.

Does the car type/size of the vehicle matter?
In most cases no. If we are detailing your car, as long as it is average size or even slightly above average we will charge you our normal prices.

Do you only detail cars?
No, we also detail boats and other common vehicles. Please let us know in advance if you are looking to get a vehicle that is not a car detailed. You can call, text, or email us. We will be happy to give you a quote.

Q: Can I order custom services?

Can I call to schedule?
Yes of course, if you do not want to use our website, or prefer talking on the phone, please give us a call. We will be more than happy to take your appointment that way. You can also text or email us.

What payment methods do you accept in person?
We accept most common payment methods in person, such as PayPal, Venmo, credit cards, and cash.

What service should I get?
That depends on what you are looking for, and the type of detailing you want. We recommend you read our service description to get an idea of what each service does.

Do you clean leather seats?
Yes we do, it is included in all of our interior cleaning services.

Will I need to provide you with anything when you arrive for my appointment?
Most likely no, we have our own power supply and water tank. Although, sometimes our water may run out and we might need some from you, but it rarely happens.

Can you remove scratches?
We can buff your car and attempt to remove them, but we can't make any promises, sometimes the scratches are deep and requires professionals to be removed.

What if I'm not happy with the way my car turned out?
If you are not happy with the way your car turned out, please gives us a call within an hour, and we will come re-do it, we might have to re-schedule. but we will come.
