Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business, we do not currently offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with our work, within the service you chose, please give us a call and we will gladly redo it until you are satisfied.

Please note that this does not apply to you if after we've cleaned your vehicle it gets dirty again immediately, or an accident happens causing a spill, this only applies if we didn't clean an area the way you wanted us to or, you are not satisfied with our work. We take good care of our customer's cars and we pay a lot of attention to the small details.

You can only call us to redo a car within 2 hours of us cleaning it, it is your responsibility to check your car after we cleaned it, unless you communicate exactly what you are looking for, we will simply do our usual work. This only applies if you what you want is within the service you paid for, if it is not, we will give you a live quote.
